What happens after I submit my project request?
Once you submit your project request, we’ll review it within 5 working days. You’ll receive an email from us confirming whether your project has been accepted along with the payment link for the deposit. As soon we receive the deposit, we'll start working on your project. If you pay the deposit at the order step, we’ll handle your request with priority and contact you within 24 hours. If your project is accepted, we’ll start working on your design right away!
Do I need to pay a deposit to start the project?
Yes, a deposit is required to start your project. The deposit secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin working on your design. If you pay the deposit upfront, we’ll evaluate your request within 24 hours. If you prefer to pay later, we ’ll review your request within 3-4 working days and send you a payment link once it’s accepted.
What if my project is rejected?
If your project isn’t a good fit for our services, we’ll issue a full refund of your deposit immediately. We’ll also provide feedback on why we couldn’t proceed and, if possible, recommend alternative solutions.
Can I make changes to the design after the project starts?
Absolutely! We offer several rounds of revisions (depending on the package type) to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final design. Once the project starts, we’ll share the initial concept with you and incorporate your feedback to refine the design.
